Foam tank is widely used in foam fire extinguish system, such as chemical industrial enterprises, port and dock, large oil storage, airport oil storage, oil or fuel plants, boiler room. Dangerous goods storage, chemical warehouse, and so on.
It is made from tank, pressure-type proportioner, safety valves, control valves, level gauge and so on.
Both sides of its proportioner should be connected with pressed water and fire hose. There is a negative pressure formed in proportioner's room when the 0.4Mpa pressed water flows to proportioner's nozzle at a high speed, and foam concentrate will be sucked to proportioner because of the negative pressure, then the sucked foam concentrate mix with water and there form foam solution to a certain ratio. The spray gun will suck air and form air-foam solution when the pressed foam solution flows to spray gun. Finally the air-foam solution will be put out fires.
